Recommend it for families

The rooms were very elegant and spacious, we enjoyed the morning walks to the shrine enjoyed the clean surroundings. The free parking was a big relief, especially since we didn't have to worry about where to leave the car after a bustling day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.

Central heating system desperately needs individual control!!! Broken lights in rooms and ignored requests for repairs left me in the dark!!! Plus, the spa has high prices without the accompanying quality!!!

The atmosphere is enhanced by the friendly staff, who were exceptionally accommodating, especially for my elderly mother. Our suite featured a sizable terrace, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, especially the fresh fruit selection, and the parking was convenient even for larger vehicles. However, the room felt slightly noisy at times, and there was a sense that some amenities didn’t match advertised standards, which detracted from the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay with a spacious room and a comfortable bed, but we were disappointed to find that the minibar was just an empty fridge. I’d definitely consider returning!

easy access to iconic sites and charming parks

I had a great experience enjoying the friendly staff's recommendations while being just a short walk from the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima and several cozy cafes, perfect for grabbing a snack in between exploring the nearby landmarks.

Had an awesome time with friends! The staff was super nice and recommended great places nearby. We visited the Alcaria Equine Centre and checked out the long-term exhibition that highlighted the history of the area. The breakfast was top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Plus, it's close to a bus station which is really practical for getting around.

One downside was the exhibition decor in the hallways—it made it hard to walk side by side with my friends.

The staff went above and beyond. reception was very kind, offering great local tips. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wonderful variety of fresh options.

The room temperature control could be improved. it was a bit tricky at times.

The very elegant rooms exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the Shrine of the Virgin Mary of Fatima made our visits easy and pleasant. We appreciated the convenience of free parking and the ability to enjoy dinner at the hotel without advance reservations. Breakfast offered many fresh options that satisfied our family’s diverse tastes.

However, the temperature control in the room could use some improvement.
